According to Zul, the decision made by 1Agenda to lodge a police report is because there were information acquired by them that Bersih had invited International media to give coverage during the mass rally that will portray a negative look about Malaysia.
"We got information that Australian media was invited (during Bersih 2.0), they will surely give negative coverage", he said.
" This will affect this country's image and our Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). All the taxi drivers and businesses around Kuala Lumpur will surely be badly affected", he added.
1Agenda also condemned the statement made by one Selangor state exco that likened the mass rally with Egypt revolution movement that in Tahrir Square.
Zul also revealed that tweetpost from @powerofmalaysia that list out the names of NGO's that will take part in the mass rally was a hoax.
"I received calls from the personnel of several NGO's that were listed (in the tweetpost) denying their participation," he said.
